Refund policy

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition

- Items must be returned in their original packaging

- All original tags must be attached

You may try the item on for fit, but it must not be worn beyond this. Returns with:

- Stains

- Odours (e.g., perfume, smoke, sweat)

- Signs of washing

- Missing tags or packaging

will not be accepted.

If your item is:

- Faulty

- Damaged

- Incorrect

- Not as described

You are entitled to a full refund or replacement.

Returns for Other Reasons:

If you are returning an item for reasons such as:

- Wrong size

- Change of mind

- Personal preference

The customer is responsible for covering return shipping costs.

If you claim an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, we require:

- Clear photographic or video evidence

- A detailed description of the issue

If sufficient evidence is not provided, your claim may be rejected.

All returned items will be inspected upon arrival. If we determine the claim is false, we reserve the right to:

- Refuse the refund

- Return the item to you

We accept size exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided that:

- The item is unworn

- The item is unwashed

- The item is in original condition

- Original tags and packaging are included

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

- Sale or clearance items

- Customised or altered items

- Accessories (where applicable)

- Items marked as final sale

Processing Time:

Once your return is received and inspected:

- Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days

- Store credit may be issued faster

- Exchange orders are processed based on stock availability

- Customers pay for return shipping.

- Shipping fees will not be refunded.

- No return or refund on sale items.
